Ben Monticue is an actor based out of the American Midwest, more specifically, in Indiana. He is represented by Scott Tucker with Talent Fusion in Indianapolis. Being born and raised in southern Indiana, Ben has spent a majority of his time raised in the state parks all over the state.

Thanks to a die-cast model of the USS Enterprise, Ben found his love for performing. It all started with memorizing the opening monologue of Star Trek and performing it alongside the die-cast model as the speaker in its base spouted the immortal words “Space. The final frontier.” Ever since then, he has felt a calling to perform. It doesn’t matter if he’s on stage, on set, or just cutting up with friends. There’s always a joke to be made and a story to tell. While trying to decipher what the future has in store, Ben has been busy working on other films in and around the Bloomington, IN area. Just to name a few, such films include the recent horror short “Now in Flesh Appearing,” the buddy comedy “Meatheads” (still in post-production), the pilot episode of “Maverick’s,” with supporting roles in the biographical film “Bloom,” and the international award-winning horror feature film “Headless.” When not fishing, hunting, or sleeping beneath the trees and acting on camera, Ben enjoys stage combat and learning and practicing different martial arts/concepts which has led him to discover a new love in German long sword fencing.

Ben would like to give a huge shout out to the support system that helped him throughout the STB journey. Byron and Kaleb have been instrumental in helping Ben achieve goals he never thought possible and have cemented themselves among the best friends a guy could ever hope for. And to that special someone for the emotional support and inspiration he needed to not give up, especially during those lean days where sawing off an extremity for a cheeseburger felt like an acceptable price. You all are the greatest individuals and I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for you. I love and adore each one of you!
